Frida Kahlo T-Shirt by Minimalista

Overcoming a childhood accident, one of my favorite artists, Frida Kahlo, was not expected to live, but she prevailed over her debilitating injuries to master the art of painting and become a highly expressive, creative wonder – not afraid to share her love, personal hardships, and lifelong torments.
Although she married fellow tumultuous artist Diego Rivera and had affairs with notable men, such as Leon Trotsky, Frida still felt isolated, disabled and at a loss. Many of these feelings stare back at you through paintings with striking pieces of symbolism, such as The Broken Column (her accident) and The Two Fridas (divorce).
One day, while following a Twitter link, I happened upon the Frida Kahlo T-Shirt by @minimalista who also sells Kahlo bags, T-shirts, scarves, and dresses on Etsy. Someone had added sparkly embellishments to her T-shirt and now, not only do I crave a Frida Kahlo T-shirt, but also want a Bedazzler.
