Lean Cuisine Parmesan Crusted Fish
Posted on Tuesday, August 24th, 2010
The Lean Cuisine Parmesan Crusted Fish comes with “penne pasta in a fire roasted tomato sauce topped with cheese.” I’m not a big fan of frozen fish entrees, but we’re going to give this one the benefit of the doubt. I see pieces of zucchini on the package, and since developing a newfound interest in the veggie – I cannot wait to try it.
The Taste
The fish was really good, but to pair it with the tomato sauce/pasta was a mistake in my opinion. Plus, the pasta had carrot slivers in it, which completely threw a monkey wrench into the overall taste. I would have rather eaten the fish with a rice side instead of the pasta – not a good combination. So, two thumbs up on the fish and two thumbs down on the pasta. By the way, the limp zucchini pieces were barely noticed.

I haven’t tried that one. I like their Spa Selections. I resort to these at year-end when work is nuts and I don’t have time to cook as much.

I love their Spa Selections! They are always flavorful and full of tasty veggies. The sauces and meats seem to also taste better with the Spa Cuisine.
