My New $5 Toaster…with a Glitch

Since no one around me is as excited as I am, I feel the need to share my latest buy. Some deals are too hard to pass up on. I got a 4-slice toaster that normally sells for more than $40 for $5, but it did come with a glitch – one side doesn’t work. It’s a factory serviced toaster that clearly stated it’s malfunction when I bought it.
However, I look at it as buying a regular toaster for 5 dollars that comes with extra perks, such as a classic chrome finish and the following features:
- Auto shutoff
- Wide slots
- A reheat button
- A bagel button
- A defrost button
- 9 toast settings
- Crumb tray
And…you never know…maybe one day – the other side will miraculously start working again.

You got the deal of the century on that thing! I paid more than double that for mine, and all it does is make toast! My slots aren’t even wide enough to make texas toast in.
